SAFsolution Workstation replaces passwords with biometric authentication, a more reliable form of identity verification. Users concerned with information security or password management will find this product a convenient, easy-to-install alternative to text-based passwords.

SAFsolution Wokstation installs on any computer running Windows® 2000 or XP Professional. It enables biometric access to local machines and LAN-based networks, and works with a wide variety of biometric hardware devices—fingerprint scanners as well as voice, iris, and facial recognition devices.

SAFsolution enhancements include:

  • A Practice utility that allows users to practice biometric enrollment and verification prior to activating biometric security.
  • Fast Login (optional) replaces network login window with simple, convenient biometric logon window. Simply scan and go!
  • Decreased administrator time with features like Self-enrollment, which allows users to establish their own biometric account from their workstation without administrative assistance.
  • Disconnected Login, which lets users log on to their workstation in the absence of a network connection, while maintaining the security of their account.
