eTrust Administration simplifies user and resource administration, making it less complex, expensive, and error-prone.
Self-Service Password Reset
eTrust Admin includes a challenge/response web interface that enables a user who has forgotten his or her primary password to reset it without administrator intervention. This optional interface allows up to twenty personal questions to be defined for identification of each user. When the user invokes the interface, a random set of questions is selected from the list, which the user must answer correctly to enable the password reset. Reduces helpdesk calls, allowing end users to reset their own passwords - even if they have forgotten their main password. In addition, it relieves administrative personnel from this expensive, time-consuming task.
Password Synchronization
eTrust Admin allows administrators to synchronize passwords for multiple systems or applications. Reduces the administrative burden for password updates. eTrust Admin provides a common interface to synchronize passwords on multiple systems or applications, avoiding manual password maintenance.
